Search through our online Directory of Certified RIM Facilitators to find your guide. This Directory lists Professional RIM Facilitators who have successfully completed an in-depth course of study preparing them to assist you.

There are four levels of RIM education: Essential RIM Program, RIM Facilitator Certification Program, Master RIM Facilitator Program and Essential RIM Train the Trainer Program. Below are descriptions of each level so you can choose the one that is right for you!

Essential RIM Graduates have learned the essential RIM skills and techniques. These skills are easily used as a part of coaching, therapy, training, business consulting, healthcare, and teaching.

A Certified RIM Facilitator is trained in the basic and advanced RIM skills and techniques to assist you in going deeper into more complex matters. S/he is skilled to assist in the uncovering and healing of issues rooted in childhood, previous generations or relationships with those who have passed over. A Certified RIM Facilitator also is skilled in guiding you in creating your desired future that is in alignment with your true nature.

A Certified RIM Facilitator uses the full power of RIM to unleash your intuitive resources to crack the deeply rooted and traumatic events/limiting beliefs/self-sabotaging feelings impacting your current happiness and success. They have completed a rigorous training program under the guidance of Dr. Deborah Sandella or an official RIM Trainer. In order to remain "certified", facilitators must complete requirements that include continuing education, client service and involvement in the RIM community.

A Master RIM Facilitator has acquired advanced experience and skill sets to become adept at facilitating a vast array of issues – from the simple to the multifaceted, deeply rooted ones - resulting in accelerated healing, outstanding personal results and greater inner peace.

Master RIM Facilitators have completed two years of training that includes the Certified RIM Facilitator program as well as an additional year long Master Facilitator program. This is all under the guidance of Dr. Deborah Sandella, the creator of the RIM Process. In order to remain a Master Facilitator, facilitators must complete annual requirements that include leadership, client service, continuing education, and technological advancement and research in RIM.

Essential RIM Train-the-Trainer Program: This program equips Master RIM Facilitators with the skills and training tools to teach Essential RIM to other professionals so more people are empowered to transform their lives to new levels of peace, health and success.

To help you select the ideal RIM Facilitator:

  1. If you generally make decisions intuitively:
    1. Look over the list and photos of RIM Facilitators and sense to which person you are most drawn and contact them by email/phone to see how the two of you connect. Phone sessions make it possible to work with any of our Facilitators regardless of your location.
  2. If you generally are more of a logical problem solver:
    1. Ask yourself:
      1.   How long has the issue/pain/pattern/emotion I want to change been troubling me?
      2.  What was happening in my life when these began?
      3. What qualities am I looking for in a RIM Facilitator?
    2. Take a look at the Facilitator profiles
    3. Email/call the ones that resonate with you to get answers to any questions
    4. Choose the one that meets your specific needs
    5. Email/call and make your appointment

Facilitators meet with clients in person, over the phone or over the internet (i.e. Skype) – all methods provide extremely effective experiences for clients. So, don’t let the location of a Facilitator get in the way of you finding the perfect Facilitator for you!

NOTE: The RIM Method is not psychotherapy or counseling and is not designed for use with diagnosed mental health conditions. There are some RIM Facilitators, however, who have combined RIM with their psychotherapy practices. If you have mental health issues, please refer yourself to these RIM professionals.

Each RIM Facilitator manages his/her own practice, including session length, hours for appointments, and fees. Some offer discounts when clients commit to a package of sessions. Facilitators usually will work with you to find a fee arrangement that works for you.
*The RIM Institute acknowledges that the facilitators on this list have successfully completed a RIM Facilitator training. It is recommended that new clients interview prospective facilitators and find one with whom they feel comfortable and evaluate to be trustworthy.
